Are your dogs tired after a little too much summer fun? Revive 'em with this rockin' routine!
First, get barefoot, and pace back and forth on a soft surface (like the living room rug or freshly cut lawn) for five minutes; this will exercise muscles that get all bound up in your shoes, and fight foot fatigue. Next, cut a lemon into two wedges, and rub your heels and soles with it vigorously¬¬––this is a great natural way to clean the tootsies and strip off dead, yucky skin. Now, fill a big bowl of footbath with cool, soapy water (use antibacterial dishwashing liquid that's marked safe for hands) and soak for 20 relaxin' minutes. Let your feet air dry by holding them toward the airflow of the air conditioner or a fan. Doesn't that feel better?
